Q: Can I bring my own decor?
A: Yes! You're welcome to decorate the space to match your theme or request one of our add-on decor packages.
Q. Is Alcohol allowed?
Yes, alcohol is allowed at The Refined Diamond Hall. Per Michigan’s Safe Serve laws, all alcohol must be served by TIPS-certified staff provided through our team or an approved vendor. No self-serve bars or outside bartenders are permitted. Proper permits may be required for certain events.
How do you screen renters at The Refined Diamond Hall?
To ensure the safety and integrity of our venue, all event hosts are screened prior to booking. This process includes: Completion of a detailed event inquiry form Verification of government-issued ID A brief consultation to review the event type, expected guest count, and any special requirements Agreement to our rental terms, including noise policies, cleanup rules, and security protocols (if applicable) For certain events, a refundable security deposit and/or event insurance may be required. We reserve the right to decline events that do not align with our venue policies or safety standards.
